I’ve reached an MVP of building the AMPLIFY model in Rust and distributing it as a small binary application. Here I am showing an example protein returning the contact map as calculated by the AMPLIFY 120M model. Running the example proteins, Heme, through the 120M model takes ~0.4 seconds. The 350M model takes ~4 seconds.
